Service Terms Overview
1. Intellectual Property Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all approved product designs, engineering drawings, CAD files, specifications and proprietary technical documentation submitted during project development.
Aurora Zinc respects customer intellectual property and does not reproduce, distribute or disclose project information without authorization unless required by law.
2. Manufacturing Scope
Aurora Zinc manufactures products according to mutually approved drawings, samples, specifications and production requirements.
Any manufacturing process, tooling design or production method selected by Aurora Zinc remains subject to engineering feasibility and production capability evaluation.
3. Quotations & Commercial Terms
All quotations are prepared based on information available at the time of evaluation. Pricing may be affected by material costs, tooling requirements, finish specifications, packaging requirements and order quantities.
4. Tooling & Development
Tooling charges cover mold development, validation and production preparation activities. Ownership and maintenance responsibilities shall follow the specific agreement established between both parties.
5. Quality Standards
Products are inspected according to approved quality criteria, production standards and agreed acceptance requirements prior to shipment.
Customers are responsible for communicating critical performance requirements before production approval.
6. Engineering Changes
Modifications requested after tooling approval, sample approval or production commencement may impact tooling cost, lead time, production schedules and overall project pricing.
7. Delivery & Logistics
Aurora Zinc coordinates production and shipment according to agreed delivery schedules. Actual transit times may vary due to customs procedures, transportation providers and destination requirements.
8. Limitation Of Liability
Aurora Zinc's responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement or commercial credit of verified non-conforming products in accordance with mutually agreed quality standards.
