Our standard MOQ starts from 500 pieces per design depending on product type, tooling complexity, and finishing requirements. For new product development programs, our engineering team can evaluate flexible sampling solutions before volume production.
How Long Does Sampling Take?
Most sampling projects are completed within 7–15 working days after tooling approval. Lead time varies according to product complexity, engraving requirements, and selected surface finishes.
How Long Is Mass Production?
Typical production lead times range from 15–30 days following sample approval. For larger programs, dedicated scheduling systems ensure stable delivery performance and scalable capacity.
Can You Manufacture Custom Designs?
Yes. Aurora Zinc specializes in OEM and ODM manufacturing. We can develop products from CAD files, technical drawings, physical samples, sketches, or early-stage concepts.
What Surface Finishes Do You Offer?
Available finishes include electroplating, PVD coating, powder coating, enamel filling, laser engraving, brushing, sandblasting, antique effects, and mirror polishing.
How Do You Ensure Product Quality?
